I did a little fundraising for the Leverich Park course yesterday and found three more sponsors for the course. I would like to welcome Bad Monkey Bikes, Harry's Locksmith Service and Les Schwab Tires as hole sponsors. With those three we now officially have over half the holes sponsored.
Leverich Park Update

We met with the Parks Department again today to finalize the process for course usage, ownership, rights and maintenance issues. We also found out that the money has been approved for the parks departments part of the course (baskets and tee signs). They will be ordering the baskets next week and we should hopefully have them here within a couple weeks. Which is plenty of time before the planned installation day of November 8th.
Fall League Update

Congratulations to 9th place (Miko) which cashed out again this week! Looks like we need to be shooting for 9th boys. The round started with a rain shower and ended in almost pitch darkness. Congratulations to Robin who had the best score again this week.
Next week we will be teeing off at 5:45 in order to try to beat the darkness. See you Thursday!

Leverich Park Course Approved!

The parks department has given approval for a disc golf course to be installed at Leverich Park. Final decisions on the location of each hole, quality and color of tee signs, which baskets will be installed, etc. will be made in the next few weeks. That means fund raising is in full swing now! If you would like to donate money ro you know someone that has lots of money to donate please drop me a line. Donations are tax deductible through the parks foundation.

There is an almost 5% fee that is deducted from your donation if you donate this way.
